We're a local family owned sawmill with roots that date back to the mid-1900's. Over the years we have established markets around the world for Northwest Pennsylvania's high grade hardwoods. We are a high production facility requiring several million board feet of logs annually. We currently manage over 16,000 acres of both public and private woodlands. Procurement of additional sources of timber is an ongoing effort to meet the current and future demand for quality hardwoods. We have purcheased thousands of woodlands from loggers, brokers and best of all, the land owner. 
 

We need your timber and will help you to make an informed decision on the sale of your timber. Contrary to popular belief, you don't need to sell through a separate logging company or consulting forester who tack on their costs and fees and then sell to the sawmill. Most sawmills have their own certified foresters and logging crews to handle the entire process. We currently have 4 foresters who do just that. We would prefer you get paid what your timber is worth without the additional fees added which we as a sawmill are made to pay in the end. With a free on-site inspection by our foresters, we can determine the current value of your stand and also evaluate your properties potential for future profit through professional timber management.
